1. What browsers and operating systems are compatible with the Progressive online portal?

The following browsers and operating systems are certified as compatible with our online portal:

 

Vendor Product Certified Versions Additional Information
Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 Only supported on MS server operating systems where IE 10 is still supported
Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 HTML 5 compliant , MS supported (all recent versions, typically IE11 or higher)
Mozilla Firefox 58 HTML 5 compliant (all recent versions, typically Firefox 21 or higher)
Google Chrome 64 HTML 5 compliant (all recent versions, typically Chrome 27 or higher)

 

It is an expected that any recent version of a HTML5 compliant browser on any current operating system will function correctly with the online portal.

2. Can I use the online portal from my tablet?

At a minimum, you can access the online portal using the following tablets:

  • iPad version 1 operating iOS 9.2.1
  • Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 operating Android 4.4.2

The expectation is that later versions will also be compatible.
